In 2001 Mark Windus, Managing Director founded Landbuild Ltd. As the business expanded, David Carroll, General Manager, and Richard Finn, Contracts Manager joined. The company has now grown to employ over 35 full time employees.

Landbuild offers a proactive approach to project development at the same time as being reactive in solving complex civil engineering issues. Each project is managed by a Contracts Manager from conception through development to completion, managing the process with expertise, flexibility and reliability.
